Welcome to L’Incontournable, your artisan pizzeria in Saint-Agrève, ideally located on Place de Verdun, right in the heart of the village. Since 2017, Mickaël Duroux has carried on the spirit of an authentic, local, and generous cuisine, true to the simple yet sincere flavors that give Ardèche its charm.
All our pizzas are made with homemade dough, naturally leavened, hand-stretched, and baked to order. Our priority is to offer you a truly artisanal experience, in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere.
Whether you're a local resident or just passing through Saint-Agrève, L’Incontournable offers a menu with around fifty pizza recipes — from the essential classics (Queen, Four Cheese, Kebab…) to more daring creations, all designed to delight young and old alike.
We’re open from Wednesday to Sunday starting at 5 PM, for takeaway only. L’Incontournable is more than just a pizzeria: it’s a trusted local spot, blending tradition, taste, and simplicity for food lovers of the Ardèche plateau.
